Alexander Morfesis is a real estate professional with over ten years of experience in both the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. Completing over 500 transactions, Alexander is well-versed in sales and rentals and has his finger on the pulse of the New York City market.

In his previous role, Alexander was the principal broker and co-founder of a boutique brokerage, Haus New York located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. With his partner, he grew his company from a bedroom start-up dream to a ten-agent team with a brick-and-mortar location. His responsibilities included originating and closing residential, commercial, and investment sales and rentals, overseeing every company transaction, lead generation, company recruiting, managing agents, and prospecting listings.

As a New Yorker for fourteen years, he now calls the East Village his home. His sense of humor, candor, and adventurous appetite are a perfect match for the Big Apple and all it has to offer. Alexander spent a gap year in 2012 working in real estate in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. There, he worked alongside both locals and the expat community. In his spare time, he likes to swim and explore the city on long walks. He finds New York the perfect environment to indulge his interests in live music, cinema, and discover new cuisines.
